I would say ATT as well, because he has no def skill

mmm.. with 0 in def I see him only wing .. for strikers defence is useful! not having a good level take to a lot of yellow or, bad, red cards! and this is not a pleasant thing! :)

I have 27 guys in school and I want to make space.
Do you think I can get some money from the 16yo guy?

Here's how I decide who stays:

16yo: unless they are tragic I keep them one week to see if they pop up, if they are lower than poor after the week I fire them
17yo: Under weak I fire them
18yo: Under good I fire them
19yo: Under excellent I fire them

no money for an unsatisfactory 16yo
an average or better 16yo could be gold
And, wait until after the weekly update to fire youth...thats what I always do. I keep my 24 best prospects and fire the rest every week. I always keep 30 spots for Saturday.

I have 25 guys that I can't fire and these 2. if I will fire them, it will have 5 spots empty.
ok, I'll wait until Wednesday evening.
