Hey guys, I've decided to run for coach of the NT.

If i am elected coach I would look to be around for 3 seasons.
This season I would sign up for the mini world cup, and try to move up to the 32nd spot so we can be in the 2nd pot for the WC qualifiers next season.
The next two seasons would be qualifying for the WC and the WC itself.
As most of you know, I was coach of the U21 team for 3 seasons and qualified to the U21 WC despite being in the 4th pot during qualifiers.

This season in League II.01 I finished in 2nd with 33 points (tied for first but lost on goal differential) and allowed the fewest goals against.
A few games from the season:
Won 3-0 despite average marks that were 8 lower and 2 red cards to mids)
7 lower average marks

We were supposed to have a MWC match this week but Hong Kong arranged another one so I'm not sure we will have a match this week. I am trying to find someone though.

The game today was closer than I would have liked, and we gave up alot of chances, but we got the win which is most important and we take 1st place in the group.

I have decided to run again for coach of the NT.
For the past 4 seasons I have been in League II.01, improving every season. My first season I finished 4th, my 2nd season I finish 3rd, my 3rd season I finished 2nd, and this season, my 4th season, I finished 1st.
Over the past two seasons, I have allowed well under a goal a game, despite playing with sub-par defenders for the most part.

For NT experience, I was the coach this season, and the U21 coach the two previous seasons. During my time as U21 coach, we went to our first U21 World Cup appearance from the 4th pot of the Qualifiers, and this season I focused on mainly playing our younger players in the NT.

In my opionion you did a grat job: you have been able to win and draw hard matches in this season (Nederland, Česká republika, "Polska" :P).

Good luck dbm. We are lucky to have someone so dedicated to the team, as you are. We have had a couple of good polish managers for Canada, but their interest is always limited to one or two seasons. It is great to have a Canadian manager who knows the team inside and out.

Here is a question. Do you value defender on a striker? Sure strikers need pace and technique and striker, but is defender valuable too?

Defender is a pretty useful skill for strikers, a striker tackling a defender usually leads to a breakaway. Unfortunately, all our strikers have very low defending, so it's pretty much a non-issue in our NT.

Boukovalas has excellent high def, almost formidable
he may join the NT in about two seasons if the new coach will train him scoring and some technique.
