I would like to know if you use the assistants, their level and if you know about the benefits they bring to your training!
In my team I have 3 incredibles.

3 assistants: 2 magical and one brilliant
I dont know if they do much good at all. The main coaches skills are the most important.

yes, the main coach skills are the most important...BUT:
- with a good staff you have a higher tactical discipline .. and for new players it rise quicklier;
- your youths can pop quicklier: the % of plus trainig is very low.. but there is.. and if you do some trading this fact is very useful: a graph with a pop in 2 instead of 3 weeks means more money;
- two pops in a row are more likely with a good staff (and with a low age & skill's level)
- negative pops for old players are slowed. And 28-30y players can pops with a good staff, too.
these are the whole benefits!

3 assistants are better than 1 or two:
3x12= 36

I think salaries probably are a bit high but your idea is fine. Youth coach is very important to have high appraisal so that is fine.
how much minus you end every saturday after sponsor and wages?
youth squads are a bit weird sometimes. its a matter of luck as well. you have one season not pulling a decent youth and than you get another season pulling 3/4 very good players.
