only a draw today. the match was quite annoying but I tried a new tactic.. and I made another mistake: Leclair had to play all the match, while Maranda half. I confused the numbers in the conditional orders :P

however, a draw with Portugal is a good result!

after the loss with Hrvatska (4-0), in which Canada played well (a new tactic was tried), anyway, yesterday we won 4-1 in the "return game" with Belarus.

I'm satisfied 'cause Leclair did his job right, finally! :P but I'm happier because of the encouragging performance of all the novice players! in fact:

after the bad draw (1-1) with Hong Kong last week, yesterday Canada played a great match: a proof of strenght for our youths. final result: Canada u21 - Singapore u21 5-0 Canada u21 got the best avarege mark aver: more than 54.
Leclair finally scored a penalty kick, after the 2 failed with Hong Kong (wtf .. he failed 2... 2!!!!!!!!), playing really well!

but I have to admit that without him this season would have been more difficult for us. he is our best 21y striker by now!

He saves all his goals for league game :)

After the bad game with Malta, Canada is back to the victory today. The match has been hard, specially because of the greek wing who pushed a lot on the right. the equilibrium between both team has been clear and I admit that we won only because Luck chose us.

today, for the first time in this season, we have played with a team composed for the most part of u20s. lots of new names:

crazy match: 2 red cards for Schweiz and 3 injuries for canada .. but I think not a bad result with a stronger team

Philipinas 2 - Canada 4

I let my scout to manage this game (tactic and players) as a prize for the aid he have always gave me in the weekly updating of the Database :)

Andorra 1 - Canada 7

Probably the last game for all the 21yo players. Great match for us although the good performance of Andorra.



Next week Canada u20 will start a friendly cup splitted in two mini-leagues
