Experience

I've been a scout for Venezuela u21. Beside I've been Mrmail(ex-venezuela NT) and Sirlanka(ex-NT21 Venezuela). I used to play 4-3-3 in my team, but I modified to 5-2-1-2 with a wing using the of side position strategy. However I also like 5-3-1-1 with a wing. I like to play offensively because I like to feel the security of goal; however, I can play defensively against team that I consider suitable for the strategy. It would be very important for me to define a team of 14 player. I like to use all the substitution in order to develop a consistent way of playing. I usually change a mid, a defense after 45 minutes of playing, and later if i don't get any red card for a defense I used a Att at 80 or a Mid in case that we are dominating at 75 .

Goals

I see a very old team. I would like to renovate the team in the way to start using younger players.

It is always very important to improve the raking. I would like to positioned Canada in the #35

It is a 2 season project with an option to be 3 seasons in case of qualification.

Canada has few active managers and low involvement on forum. How would you handle the stress of having poor players and managers that log on monthly for about 5 minutes?
How many players would you personally train for the team?

I would like to try! but honestly I think to have too little experience with the way of playing sokker in Senior NTs. it's completely different and the experience with my team does't fit with that kind of players yet :(

As you did a good job with the Junior team, it was possible for you to have to promotion !

So, what do you think about all the candidates ? I have no clue on my side and with Canadian election each vote count... Few people doesn't take the time for that.
Last time, I was able to regognize names, but it's not the case this time.

nobody care about it. It is about cheating. I guess that most of those guys are sending messages to receive votes. Besides, if u study the candidates none of them have the experience or a good team. there is a guy from Estonia who say he is a legend, but his team is a loser after all!
