Subject: Champions Cup

Amazing victory today for P74 against Mexican Cup champs Pumas Mexicali. The teams depth paid off again, with both starting centerbacks and super speedster Tralka sitting out with red cards. It's my third CC victory, after passing two rounds of the inaugural cup before a painful third round loss on penalties. Anyways, at work so I can't watch yet, but very happy with the result. And Halstead looks to have gotten the winner :-)

Yep great win i think you can win against next opponent i will suggest you 5-3-2 with pressing.
Guys the plus in sokker gives an opportunity for experiments and making arcade cups. It`s a lot of fun so i will suggest buying +.

Should be a barn burner tonight against French League 1 champs Griffon FC, took a while but I finally settled on a tactic, but I am not feeling very confident about this one, the teams are very close rankings wise, but he seems to have a habit of knocking off far superior teams.

Win or lose there will be some pretty heavy transfer action for P74 this week, some of the older hired guns and some youth will be heading out with a new striker coming back our way. Still not sure if I can bring myself to sell Aguiar though, when he is off form he is useless, but when he is on for he is reminds me of one of my favorite players, Anelka, but he hasn't been on form for over 5 seasons :(

Dramatic game lost after hundred penalties. You had great tactics especially in defense. Nothing to be ashamed of congrats!

Barn burner indeed! This would be one of those classic matches that they show at 2 am. So close to winning, it goes to show how little details can make all the difference. If Halstead hadn't dropped three form levels the night before the game I probably would have one, at least he would have made his shot in the shootout. A detail that I had control over and missed was that I had an unearthly striker, albeit in horrible form, sitting on the bench with a substitution remaining, should have brought him in during the last 5 minutes.

Oh well, hopefully I will be back next year and do better :)
