Subject: [NT]News on Team Canada

Hello all Canadians, thank you for helping me become a coach of Team Canada, for trusting in my work and my plans.
I will make my debut as coach of Canada in a friendly match against Belgium, also our selection was entered to compete in the MWC, and the games will be sortiados and I'm hoping our opponents in this tournament, and soon I will keep them informed.

loczenty, Canada is a great selection, you won, because I'm in the period of observation, I am analyzing the players and the tactics that I will do, as the season has no doubt that Canada will be well above many other selections

That is not enough, celiomsj you have to analyze every opponent you have, because their way of playing is so much different.

lately I was following a bit your national team and I was very surprised that such a prospective country is abandoning their NT. It seems that there is very few interest. Thus I wish to candidate myself for the post of NT coach next season. I also see that your current NT coach apart from having some personal problems , he also seems to be banned from the game , thats why I decided to speak now. Moreover I spoke a bit early as well for a reason maybe if you are interested in having me as your NT coach I will have maybe early access to the players database to see what material there is and what type of tactics maybe we can introduce.

So let me introduce myself.My name is Mario, I am 36 yrs old married with a son. I am from the small island of Malta and I ve been playing this game around 5 years. I have a lot of experience in this game and currently I am playing in the top league in my country. Placed 4th against all odds after changing all my players being one of the lowest rating teams in my division.

I was U21 nt coach of Malta for 3 seasons getting Malta 3rd in the WCQ for the first and only time and afterwards I took the Malta NT which at that current time was ranked 67 and during my stay I brought Malta up to the 47th place and retiring with Malta placed 50th. now we are rank 56. I played as NT coach for 7 seasons in a row and brought Malta some good results as you can check yourself in our NT page.

I wish to take this job for these reasons

1) because I am looking for a different challenge and after so many years coaching NT Malta , thats a massive motivation.
2) Because I see that the NT is currently having difficulties
3) I have experience in this game and I think I can help you to improve the current status of your NT. I am not promising miracles . I am promising commitment and time. Results will than speak for themselves.

My plan will me a long term one. first year would probably be difficult but we will start to built our own identity. I am ready to get in for a commitment and not just for a one off experience. Coaching 10 seasons in a row the Malta NT shows that I can commit myself to a plan.

Regarding tactics I am very flexible but at the moment I am having great results with the 5-2-1-2 , 1 as a winger. But I can also play a 4-4-2 diamond,5-3-1-1 (1 winger) , 4-3-3 if we need to be offensive and even a 3-5-2 but its not one of my favs. The fact that I am working more on the winger game is that the current match engine is making attackers losing a lot of face to face 1 vs 1 chances , with more goals coming from crosses. Rahman Stalteri will be perfect for it. And Joey Zaharijja can be the perfect winger.

It was a poor season for the national team of Canada. We may have a Canadian running for election this time around. They would be my first choice.
Thank you for your interest and candidacy. We need more involvement to improve our program.

You seem serious, but the previous manager also seemed serious...
I'll see if i have time to do the job.

I spend time on the game everyday and quite for a long time. I am proposing myself cause my past can speak for myself and I think I can do a good job. If you don't want my help as an NT coach i understand. At the end its up to you to decide.

If a manager was bad that does not mean that I will be bad as well. For all my 10 seasons I never missed a single pre and post detailed match report. you can see for yourself on the Maltese forum as a proof. I work on as shift basis so that gives me plenty of time off throughout the day.

I only have my CV to speak for myself ...if that is not good enough than don't worry then its not a problem I understand your concerns. In our NT for a while we had the same problem and that was when I took over the main NT.

I accept your concerns and believe me the same thing happened in Malta. Poor participation and youth problems is a problem everywhere in countries with low number of users. I decided to try your country cause it is exactly facing the same problems Malta NT had few seasons ago.

I cant propose anything else. I can offer as I said before my commitment and my experience. What I can say is that after a proper plan Malta went up from the 67th place to the 47th place and getting 20 ranking places in soccer is quite an achievement. I think. :)

But than again the final word is up to you ....is your community and you decide what its best to do with your vote. Getting foreign coaches on board is difficult. I decided to step in Canada NT now when it is bad, cause everyone can take a job when things are doing good.

i put my candidature for NT coach and NT post/speech on forum immediately to show you that I am not fidgeting around but I am serious and committed in wanting to take this job. I decided immediately to contest Canada so I show you that I am not looking for a job anywhere else but that I am looking to manage specifically Canada cause I think I am good for NT Canada and Canada NT is good for me. Canada has the players which would fit my mode of play and it is in a similar situation to my previous Malta NT experience so I know plus or minus what there is ready for me.
