Subject: [NT] checco

Hello guys :)

I'm checco and I write from Italy.
I play Sokker since 2005, and I always loved everything of this game. I spend here a lot of time, making tactics and because I'm Mod and Tutor.... Sokker became an important part of my life :P

I know everything of NTs, because 2 seasons ago I was the scout mid-striker and tactic advicer of ITALY U21 WHO WON THE WORLD CUP!. We won every match without any problem!
At the moment I'm the HEAD-SCOUT of the new Italy U21 staff, we won the qualify group.

Why do I want to be the Canada's coach?
My friend solli (your U21 coach) told me that you are a great community, and your team could be good if there will be a good manager to manage it.
I want to change everything, your last coach didn't speak about his ideas and the matches with you, and that's wrong! This is YOUR NT, where YOUR PLAYERS play. So you have to know what's going on.

The target for the next season, if you vote me, will be the second place in the qualify group .... I think we could make it if we collaborate, maybe we'll take the third place... a lot of depends from the random... and I have some idea about a competition that will give a reward to the player with the best talent (as Solli did with U21).
I would love to make a long-time project...
I think we could reach the 40° place in the ranking in one season, and the 30° in the next WC round, so in 4seasons.

About my tactics...
I love the new ME, I usually play with 4-4-2 or 4-3-3... of course I won't suicide with a 4-3-3 with teams with a great ranking, I could play with 4-2-3-1 or we'll see...
At the moment I won't use the winger because with this ME headers are useless, so if I need to use it, I'll make him pass the ball on the striker foots, so he has more chances to score.


I would love to receive some question, because with answers I can let you know me better and I will explain something that maybe I missed.

Italian managers are probably the best in real life foot ball, but in sokker maybe they are as well.
Do you have a plan to improve the quality of our national team players?
And, you say that you like the current match engine...do you find that certain skills have become more important?

I know Checco for his great dedication for this game. He have always put a great passion in all his tasks, both in his scout and MOD's duties. So, if you decide for voting him, his commitment is guaranteed ;)

You are right, in real football italian managers are really good... they do a great job :) But we have great ones in Sokker too :P

Anyway, when my scouts (or I) will ask an update to a player, we'll give to the user some advice about the best train that the player can receive.
Above all, I'll try to use the best number of under26 when I can (friendly matches, low teams etc) because it will help them to increase their skills and I think it will be a drive for the user to train him as good as he can.

Every users dreams to have a player in his main NT... if he trains well, with me he won't need to dream anymore :)
I would like to do a competition like solli's one but for 22+, the best 3 will play a match (and maybe in the future they will be good and play more matches) in NT.

About the current engine:
I think pace now is a bit less important, and playmaker is really important (becuase I love to let MID do a lot of passes very fastly so it's important to find a free player as soon as they can). I like to have strikers with high pace (and of course a good level of striker-technique).

I think:
tactic > random

As I said, I will do my best to take the best number of users near the NT.

With competitions, thread about matches where everyone can say what he thinks about tactic and result, and other things.

If any1 of you want to join my staff as scout I will be very happy :)

Solli is a great coach and great friend so he would help me to do the 120% here with some advice.

I would love to make a project of 2 or more seanson, to take this NT at higer rank... if your player will be good, he will play of course :)

Guys, I would add that I have an idea to let you have a chance to play the NT-match in your stadium :)

I will do it to keep active the forum, and because I think that you would happy to say "the NT match was played in my stadium" :)
