I'm a bit angry, but I'll explain:
I'm not angry with you because fsoler is a great manager and he will do a great job (I'll help him too). But I can't accept that an user from 2012 wins an election (as someone did, an italian too...) or take many votes...
It's the third time, in 3 seasons, that I take the second place.
So I can't stop to ask myself: why can't i be coach, if there are a lot of coaches from 2010,2011,2012 that knows so less than me about NTs?
Please, give me some advice about what I do wrong, so I can be better and finally be NTs coach...

I agree with you. even to me it piss me off that a user who is been here for so little time gets votes, but there are some reasons.
1) Some of the users were already playing the game for a long time but then they left the game and they return back. Like i think BBoss11 for example. So they are already known in the past by some users.
2) Could be that some people find ways to cheat in elections. (although for foreign users is more difficult to do so)
3) They can find ways to convince people to vote for them by promising things like (I will play your player etc etc)
It is annoying I know, but until you get your first NT it is a bit difficult. I think you did very well in these elections and believe me as I told you even privately I did not have hope I would win this election cause since Solli did well with U21 I thought since you are his friend you would get the users support consider the great work Solli did here.
Unfortunately for you, you are coming from strong country in sokker, thus it makes it more difficult to get the local NT. I was a bit more fortunate since Malta the number of users is low and thus the chances were better to get elected, eventually getting me a nice CV.
If you keep on showing interest in a particular NT by time you will get people to know that you are able to manage an NT.
I am sure if you were elected you would as well do a good job. Dont give up. I had some mishaps until I got my first NT in elections.
Moreover at the end of the day, elections depend on users and some countries for various reasons, users decide to vote some idiot who will eventually ruin the NT. That life unfortunately but dont give up!! I am sure one day you will be managing a great NT and get a lot of satisfaction.
I understand your frustration. BUT KEEP ON BELIEVING. Seasons in sokker are only 15wks long so 3 months pass quite fast!.
