“Win the Canadian U21”
RULES
Each manager can sign only one young canadian player, aged between 16 and 20 years old. The three players with more pops up at the end of week 14 will debut in a friendly match against Pilippinas.
The contest lasts from week 2 to week 14 the final results will be published on Tuesday of week 14
Managers can change their players at any time losing points accumulated
Managers can not register players that have already been played in the U21.
Minimum skill required to partecipate:
- Goalkeeper: GK + pace + passing = 16 steps
- Defenders: Defender + Pace + technique + playmaking + passing = 16
(Minimum defense skill = weak 16yo - avarage 17yo - acceptable 18/20 year old)
- Midfielders: Pace + technique + playmaking+ passing + defender = 24
- Forwards: striker + Pace + Technique = 14
(striker skill = average minimum 16/17 year old - acceptable 18/20 year old)
each pop must be updated ONLY in this forum! the ranking updates will be published every Tuesday or Wednesday
The pop ups in stamina will not be counted.
The friendly selected for the debut of the winners is that in week 00.
The registration will be made ONLY through posting his player here. The owner should put his player in Transfer Announcement (TA) after entering the data, so that we can check the parameters. A skmail will be sent to the owner, confirming the enrollment.
The three winners must be placed in TA for a final chek.
The final classification will take account of (in order):
1) Coming from their own youth school
2) Lower age

I want only to say that I'm very happy to see that this competition has been followed by lots of Canadian users last edition.
This is a "game in the game" so the basic rule is to enjoy as first.
This is also a good mothod for helping the developping of Canada u21 because I can follow lots of interesting and talented youths. But is also a way for you to keep your youths in your team, see their growth and redescover the pleasure to contribute to the National Teams having fun at the same time.
So, thank you Canada. Thank you for joining this game and I wish you to have fun this time too.

I had to do a choice...
Marcus seems to be better. He had a lot of pops with only friendly matches.
I'll continue to develop Shakir Barerra, Marcus Kreamer and Garth Longo this next season.
I could sell one of them at the end of the season, to make money and to make room for the future youth. maybe, i'll sell an existing player. Don't know yet. I would like to move my training to the attack but it's not easy to change this kind of strategy.

what are you going to train this season? because Longo with a season of pace can join the NT without the competition ;)
I'll go with the famous Fernando Statopoulos. Hopefully, he will before better then my previous one, "Slow pace" Robinson.
