Good game, ratings were for us, so the win was logical. But god job, there's no easy win in the NT!

I agree, I can assure you after their 2 X draws against the USA and the 1st round draw against us the win was not logical at all :)

USA 3 - CANADA 5

Finished the qualifications on a high note. Ironically with all the mishaps we had we managed joint 3 place like last WCQ once again. Had some bad goal average.

Today we played really well, we were 3-0 up and we were almost going to be caught for a draw , but with some good saves and some more goals we managed a very very good win which I am sure CANADA are happy about!

the complete change in tactics and style I did last week and today seems to work pretty well with this match engine.

Now we have some friendlies coming and I hope we manage to finish on a high note and get some more wins.

Malaysia 1 Canada 0

sorry for the late writing but i was on vacation and access was very limited.

We played a decent game, we lost a penalty and lost 1-0 on the 88min. Overall we did not play too well.

However a draw would have been a better result for us. Now we still have some games to go to end the season.

As you noticed for the next season I will not be contesting cause I believe 3 seasons are more than enough in an NT.

I will leave all the tactics maybe something can be used. I think I left a strong database and a solid young squad which for sure will do well in the future.

We had ups and down, we had some very good results and some very bad as well. Overall I must rate my experience as 6.5/10

All in all we finished the WCQ twice as joint 3rd which is not that bad after all. We had some nice wins too.

Could have been better? Yes Could have been worst Yes as well.

I can assure you I always did my 100% for the NT and I really want to wish you the best of luck for the future.

Next week we will play a very difficult match against Hungary. We will be playing some B squad players.

Dear friends,

today we will be playing the GALA MATCH against Hungary (rank 17) which is a very strong team.


However it will be an exhibition match for both of us and we will both be playing B/C squad so that we will give some play to players who rarely play. Most of them are very still young, in fact I will be playing with a first time average of 25.5yrs. The target is that both of us rank around 65%.

It is a good test to see some of the youths in action and leave as much as possible different alternatives to the next NT Coach

I hope we will still perform well and get a good result.

CANADA 2 - Hungary 1

As I said before , today we had the gala match against rank 17 Hungary and I must say we played a great match. We won clearly and the score could have been more even if they lost e penalty.

I am really happy of todays game and I am glad with some youngsters we played.

This win will help a lot in the rankings since that is something which needs to be improved. Otherwise I know for sure there is material to improve.

Tactic today worked perfectly.

Next week we will play our last friendly for this season. It will be my last match and after the great streak we had these last 5 matches (losing only once) and winning against USA and Hungary I want to close on a high.

Dear friends,

today we will be playing the last game for this season against Indonesia. On paper it is a 50-50 match but hopefully we will manage to end on a high after the last good streak we had, which also saw Canada getting back a couple of ranking places. :)

Moreover, this will be a special game since it is my last match as NT coach of Canada.

It was a great honour and pleasure to have coached Canada NT.

I hope I left a good base for the next coach and I am sure Canada has very competent candidates who applied for the job things can only get better!

Thanks so much for all your support throughout these 3 seasons I was here, we had ups we had downs but I consider it as a good experience with some good achievement.

good luck for the future and good luck to the NT election contestants for tomorrow.

No words can explain the last game. Our players decided not to play today. This ME proofs once again how stupid it is. Our players NEVER passed the ball, we lost 3 out of 3 1 vs 1, we conceded a penalty in minute 2. we conceded the last goal from a sliding tackle done by our defender who was alone but decided to tackle the ball from half pitch to their player in our box!

Horrible match, the worst match I ever seen in this game. It is impossible that our top form players with 4x Divine and unearthly NEVER passed their SINGLE player whilst their strikers ALWAYS passed over even 5 defenders.

We sucked with offside its true but the 5-1 is definitely a mysterious result for me.

I decided to play all the top form players and players like Zahharija, Heinze and Salteri cannot suck the much they did today!

Im so sorry my last match had to suck this much!

Do not worry, we all know that you are a great manager.

Canada should be glad to you because before everything you are a great person.
