Let me tell you Brokus. Yes it matters in which forum you write. I never came in your forum and posted in any forum i decided to! If you have any issue with the canadian nt at least apart from coming here and accusing me of being incompetent have the decency to use the proper topic instead of spamming a topic which has nothing to do with.
Moreover, for deatbymail.
I choose Salteri because he is triple divine, i us farre because he is slightly better than Leclair in skills and his form was better. monslave is with the same issue again. leclair plays a lot with me but if i have 3 better strikers than him i have to use him for certain games only. Leclair is very close but salteri and farre are slightly better in skills. Value and ratings, does not matter since secondry skills might increase both of them. Farre is only 27 and salteri is 31. There is Caraiman 34 and leopold 34 who skill wise are the same as leclair and i dont consider them anymore due to the age. He is still 25 and usually most of the senior nt players reach top at around 25/26 so he will soon take saltieris place since he will get 32 next season.
During ALL the friendlies we play I always play with U27 so i play the young players, however I am sure you understand that during the WCQ matches I need to play the best players with best skills and better tactical discipline. And those with high form.
I take full responsibility of the bad start we had this season but I can assure you that i always do my best and i always try to play the best players at the moment.
If it wasnt like that I dont think the community would have elected me for the third time in a row.
We have to say that apart from the match against Finland which was a complete flop due to obvious tactical mistakes which i already admitted, we were unlucky in the rest of the games.
Against USA we played as good as them despite they are better and we barely lost 2-1, against IRan and Cuba we had 2 undeserved draws. And agianst holland for a good time we were 1-1 and 2-2 and funnily enough after the red card holland had we conceeded the rest of the goals. Yesterday ended 1-1 and we did create a lot hitting also the post. During our friendly we played u27 against a better senior team and we lost 1-0
Its true i am the nt coach and i again take full responsibility of the current bad streak we are having.
When i came in three seasons ago the database was full of over 34yrs and the avrage age of the team was 30+ . I renovated all the team and introduced new faces especially when I play U 27.
I spend a lot of time on the game and most of my time is on the nt since my personal team is only of 16 players and it is very easily for me to set.
As i told you previously in another post, next season I will ot be seeking re election but that does not mean i will not do the best for the rest of the season. I assure you and promise you that my commitment wil, always be 200%. Sometimes things just dont get right, whatever yountrybto achieve.
I dont have any problem with critisism but should be between limits and reasonable.
If maybe some of you dont realize is that we happen to be in one of the most difficult groups since team 1 till team 6 are very close to each other. Usa , cuba, finland and holland can all make any team lose points. Iran have a very good coach and the results are showing and not only against Canada.
Unfortunately we lost a lot of points but we are still in time to do better and finish on a high note since there is a whole next round.
As promised next weeek we will play u27 match against Peru so please start placing your bets and i appreciate if you all use the proper forum and leave this one for the proper purpose it was created for.
