this is a great choice! anyway, I would suggest to focus only on a kind (MID-DEF-STKR). In this way you can train them bettrer ;)

I see that fc Josavi has given up on the all Canadian angle with a $7mill czech kid...
Anyways, it isnt a good thing, in my opinion.
Canadians often get better training with foreign teams. You can only focus training on a few players. I have seen a few good Canadian prospects ruined by top Canadian teams. And I will admit to giving poor training to good Canadian kids, myself, despite my best intentions.
