Hello everyone, again.

I'm checco (Francesco), from the capital of Italy: Rome.

You already know me because I tried to win NT elections 3 months ago, I lost 5-4 with the good user Fsoler, who is doing a great job.
After elections, I helped fsoler with tactics and the "win the NT" competition.

I have a lot of experience about National Teams, I'm going to speak you about my career.

- I was the scout (MID/ATT) and tactical advisor of Barros --> coach of Italy U21, who won the u21 WC 3 seasons ago, and won every match of the qualify group (4seasons ago)
- I was the head-scout of K4psula's staff --> coach of Italy u21, he won the qualify group, then I left his staff
- I am the press agent and tactical advisor of Borkos 007 --> coach of Italy, he won the qualify group.
- I helped Fsoler --> coach of Canada, we did a good season.


So, I have experience. But above all, I WANT this job. Because I want to show to someone that I'm good enough to do it, because I lost a lot of elections (2nd places) and I want to stop that, because i have time, because there are good users who would help me, because this is a challenge for me, and I love challenges.

Lets speak about U21 team.
There is some good player, but it will be very hard to reply what solli did. He is one of the best users in sokker and he showed it, he won with Italy and other great teams. So, I can't tell you "we will reach again the 3rd place", but you can be sure that I will do everything I can to do the best.

I love the new ME, and after 1 season I know it very well. I usually watch many NT matches to study how good users manage their player, I think it is very important.

I already found a canadian user for my staff, he wants to learn more about Sokker and NTs... helping me, he will increase his knowledge very very much =)

And an italian user too asked me to join my staff, so i already have 2 guys in my staff =)

You cannot fail with a group like this.

Ok well, as Solli said we have a nice group.

Romania is very good, they reached the second place in WC last season but they had really nice players.... I think they are better than us, but as Solli teached: nothing is impossible.

Other teams are 45, 61, 67 and 93 in the ranking.

We'll play the first match with Romania, that's not good because I won't know very good our players...but i'll do my best and I'll start studying them NOW.

On week 3 we will challenge Australia u21, their coach is nice and their level is similar to Scotland's one, so we'll test something.

2 questions for you checco.

What seems to be our strenght and weaknesses looking at our U21 current squad. I'm pretty sure that you were involved in the team decision with solli last season, you should have a good idea of what's on the table.

And, what kind of strategy would you play agaisnt a weak team, to insure a big score victory, and agaisnt a strong opponent, to try to sneak a surprise victory.

Well, honestly I didn't help solli... just supported him as you all... :P

By the way I think we have good strikers, Harmse above all (I already know his skills, because he plays in a italian team) so I would love to play with 2 strikers, I don't really like just 1...
Of course, if it will be the best choice (depends from the opponent, form of our players, injuries, and a lot of other things), but I'll do my best to avoid this and use our best arm, strikers.

About Canada's weakness, maybe (but I would be wrong... I could say it only watching skills) there aren't many great defenders... that's not so good but I used to win hard matches thanks to my defenders. In the other hand, luckily, we have a good GK.

I was really waiting forward for your second question!

When we will play with weak teams (like Ozebikiston) I think we'll use 3 strikers. My target for this matches is to have the best score possible, it is very important because maybe we'll need it to reach the second qualify group. But we MUSTN'T take these matches too easy, because this ME showed how a very weak team could make some point againist good ones thanks to random and bad tactics of the better one.

With great opponents (like Romania) I would use a tight tactic, maybe a 5-3-2.
As I said, I don't like to use 1 striker because great teams (Like Romania) have double divine defenders... 1 striker vs 4 double divine defenders can't do anything...

(I can't say more because Romania is the first opponent I would meet if I'll win this election... so I would give too many information to their coach)

I'm searching for a great italian user who will advice me about the tactic....
But believe me, I will do the best every match!

I'm glad to tell you that I found my tactic advisor.

He is in Serie A, the first division of Italy, he plays since 2005. I always liked how he plays and I'm really glad to have him in my staff.

Would you join a discussion about tactics in a thread? It's important because it helps to increase the tactic knowledge of everyone.... but it's useless if noone comes there... :P
