Subject: [NT] Ford Kuga

Hello everyone!

I'm Simone (Ford Kuga), an italian user and a promoter of sokker, so member of italian staff. I'm 21 and I live in Bassano del Grappa near Venice.

For the users who don't know me, I'm a member of the staff of checco in Canada U21 and I manage the "Quiz Competition" in Sokker Canada.

In the last two seasons I have been checco's spy and his tactical advisor. We reached a great second place in the Qualification group of WC (1-1 for two times against Romania who played the final of WC) , we did a great job in the WC (another 1-1 against Italy!).

With my club, I’ve won my championships in Eccellenza.064 (the fifth division in Italy) for the fourth time and this season I've passed in Serie D.22 (the forth division in Italy).

My job assignment in the Canada U21 team is to study the players of NT opponents and give information of the opponents tactic to the CT every week. This means that I have lots of information about NT players from all over the world.
This job helped me to learn a lot about tactics, movements and skills of players and their optimal positions. For this reason, I have decided to help checco with the NT U21 of Canada also for this season, with the intent that improve my ability in tactics. And he will help me in NT Senior if I'll win the elections. We want to collaborate for next future of the Canadian NTs (Senior and U21).

I’d like to show you what a good manager and CT I am. There are very good users ready to help me, because this is a challenge for me and I love challenges.
This season, I want to experience the current and future NT players. The next season we'll try get more points as possible.. and at the end we’ll see if we will be qualified for the second stage of WC.

I would like to tell you that I love the new ME and after some seasons I can say that I know it very well. I usually watch many NT matches to study how good users manage their players because I think it is very important to improve my knowledge.

Well, I think I said almost everything, but I would like to add one more thing: someone would tell me "hey, you play the 4°division of Italy, you can't manage a NT". Here it is my answer: look at checco, even if he is in the 6° division, he reached such great results with Canada u21. That's because it's not important which division I play in, it's only needed: experience, time and a bit of luck (I hope it will be with me).

Checco told me to try to win this elections because he thinks that I am good enough and he will help me if I will have some doubts.

Ok Ford K, same question, since we are a small community, how do you intend to keep the forum busy and to bring interest in our NT?

In this season, I have managed the "Quiz Competition" and every week there were always 5-6 users that answer the questions. In a small community as canadian community is a success for me. Also this season I want to propose other competitions to keep the forum busy.
However, I think that to bring interest in our NT we need to great results in the matches and good tactics. Above all the matches of qualifications of World Cup. If we win a lot of matches the canadian users will be happy and they follow the the NT with interest.
Finally, I would like to make two forums: one for discuss of tactics of our NTs (senior and U21) and one to vote the best young player every week; but first of all I have to find two scouts who accepts these jobs after elections.

I would like to add one thing about Ford Kuga:

As you know I love Canadian Community, because our italian project started by solli is making Canada always better (thanks to your help too).
I said to Ford Kuga to candidate here, because I know him and I'm sure he'll do a great job.

In my opinion at the moment he's the best candidate, and I would like to remember you that in case sviktorov will win there will be a "war" between I and him because I LIKE the database that I'm using and I don't want to change it... but if he will win, he'll try to change it ;)

Nope there will be no war between me and you :) I will use the default database i will not risk the U21 world cup just to make you prove that the new database is better.

I already proved that i can lead a National team i made progress of 17 places and put Bulgaria from 33 place to 16 place when i left. I qualified Bulgaria for WQ without losing a single game.

I did not stand for the last elections and the only reason was that i thought that fsoler deserves chance to lead Canada in the qualifications.

You are great manager but putting things like this is not right. There should not be War between national trainers.
