I have seen the match only now because in this weekend I was in holiday. We have played very well, above all the seond tactic. I'm very happy of your comments and I hope to do a good job for all season. I want to thank checco who has helped me in these first weeks: he is a fantastic person. Next week we'll play against U.A.E and I want to play with the best players U29, in view of the next season. Thanks to all again!

Journalist: Good morning Ford Kuga! First of all are you surprised of the match against Moldova?
Ford Kuga: Yes, I didn't expect a result like this. Movements of our players and the tactics were perfect. There are others friendlies against strong NT during the season (Sweden is a top team), I hope to play always in this way.
Journalist: What's your aim of the match against U.A.E.?
Ford Kuga: We'll play this match only with U29 players, because next season many players who are 30yo will lose some skills and we have to prepare other players for next WCQ. For this reason, already from this season we play with the players who have the best possibilities to play the qualifications of WC. This means a hard work for me and my staff to update the DB but we'll do our best.

About the match, I think we have played another good match. U.A.E. is a small community but I have seen that we have good player for the next seasons and we have played with only one 29years old player (Gant). Monsalve and Leclair are good strikers. In the next weeks I want to update all players in the DB and play the next friendlies with the players who have maximum 29 years old.
Next week we are against Ecuador who have approximately our ranking. The match will be very beautiful I think, because the two NT have the same level.

First of all, thank you laufer for your video presentation :)
Then, I have just seen the mach. I think we have created a lot of occasions against Cameroun, a lot of 1vs1 but their GK was very strong. Also your defenders have done a good job: they were positioned very well. I have never used a tactic with 3 strikers, neither with my club. But I have decided to use a new tactic because it can serve us well in the future matches. In my opinion, our defense works very well, but I have set the strikers too large and the playmakers too close.
If I had used the tactic of the last match probably we win. But I want to try a new tactic and I have seen that also this tacticc in some occasions can works very well. Untill the 90' minute the result was 1-1. Also in extra time we have created 2 or 3 1vs1, all blocked by their GK. Then, we were wrong 4 penalties of 5: no comment.
However I'm satisfied of the match and next week we'll play against Cnra Gora with a U27 team.

One advise do not play with 3 strikers it works only with u21 teams or if your team is really much stronger than the opponent.
Also when you playing with 4 defenders at the back you need 1 midfielder to link the defense and rest of the team this guy is used usually to approach the attacks and that way the defense will not be spited
My suggestion is to try 5-3-2 with pressing defense and another 4-4-2 with the defense at the back that way you can easily switch the tactics and confuse the opponent. If you want to be more offensive use a wing not sure if Cananda has great wing with at least 17 pace 17 speed and 17techniqe but it is much better 4-4-2 with wing

This week we'll play against Crna Gora that is placed in the 80th position in the ranking. For this reason I have decide that we'll play with a U27 for allow for further consideration the palyers more young who have played less matches. Yup, find it hard to play 3 forwards, unless against a weak team, I guess... No worries, better luck next time!
