Tough match today vs Moldova: we got a draw but we played with cup rules (Moldova's CT set them) and we lost in the overtime.... I'm quite satisfied but we need to improve our defensive approach.

A good draw today vs Norway: they played much more better than us, but I'm sure we will improve our game next week vs Cuba!

I'm letting U20 play, in order to give them discipline and experience for next season, where we will face some problems with our defensive line (our DEF aren't good enough I'm afraid)...

I will re-candidate for the U21 Canadian team because I want to continue the project started at the beginning of this season, that is the World Cup! My goal is to reach the qualification and to play the World Cup, trying to give Canadian community some positive feelings once again after solli's achievement.
Do you believe we will qualify?

I'm really confident, but I'm aware it will be very tough for couple of reasons: first of all our DEF are very weak if compared to the current season, but if we will get the qualification, in the World Cup we will have much more experienced players and I'm sure we will be able to set a much more balanced team. For this reason I'll give my preference to the youngest DEF when I'll see players with similar skills.
Our midfielding line will be quite good (not like this season, but it could be good enough): I hope I'll get a wing, but right now it's quite difficult to say. We'lle see it during the qualification matche.
Last but not least, the strikers (my most favourite part of the team): we have a very promising outfit, so I'm confident they will be our flagship during the qualification.

In the end I hope my tactical experience will be useful to overtake the opponents and give canadian community the chanche to get excited for the U21 NT once again!

We've been eliminated in the Mini World Cup by Hayastan that is now in semi-final and has one of the strongest team of the competition (over 7 average points better than ours), so I can't regret anything.

I just want to remind you my past experience as U21 CT:

Pilipinas U21 (me and my staff worked on the improvement of training programmes, in order to give the major NT the best players possible. Today most of the NT players have been trained by me in the U21 teams);

Wales U21 (just one season because there were only five active users with youth schools and no chance to improve them)

Canada U21 (one season summarized above).

A great victory vs Malta: our strikers were superb and scored four times, even if they missed some pretty good chances... We were helped by the red card when the referee blew the penalty for our first goal, but I was confident to win that match ;)
