El Salvador
Honduras
Panama

We will face El Salvador today. My staff has worked hard in order to update most of the DB. We are ready to start this competition!!!

We got a win vs El Salvador: not my best tactic ever, but it was crucial to get the three points. Unfortunately most of the team hadn't played in the past for the U21 NT, so they have a strong lack of experience and tactical discipline.

Anyway we failed four 1vs1 and this is bad. I'll try something different for the future matches.

Today match vs Panama. Our goal is to win again and to get the next stage

An unexpected loss vs Panama. I don't know why the tactic wasn't saved, so we played with the last one.

Without Damphousse our attacking line was too obvious. Our midfielding line wasn't as good as well.

Next week last group match vs Honduras. We need to win to qualify

Today the toughest match of the first qualifying stage vs Honduras. I hope we will win in order to qualify to next stage.

Some players will get their first cap. Stay tuned and... COME ON CANADA!

Great win today! Salihovic made the difference at his first appearance with the NT, but he got injured for 24 days :(

Panama won as well, so we have three teams with 6 points. Considering that everybody won vs El Salvador, the "classifica avulsa" (table where only head-to-head results between teams with the same total points are considered) says that

Panama has -1 goal difference
Honduras has 0 goal difference
Canada has +1 goal difference

So Canada and Honduras gets the next qualifying stage

1. Canada U21 vs Pilipinas U21
2. Slovenija U21 vs Belarus U21

Tomorrow a remake for me: tough game vs Pilipinas. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to prepare the tactic, but I'll work on it nw in order to get a positive result tomorrow.

The goal is to get points. Come on Canada!

An important win vs Pilipinas: I'm quite happy for our strikers that finally started to score. I hope we will win also the next match in order to get an early qualification to the 8th final...

Tough victory vs Slovenjia! We've just qualified to the 8th of finals!!! I'm very happy for these results ;)

Please update your players next week in the DB, 'cause I'll choose someone that didn't play so much in the past :)

Tonight I've given a cap to players that usually don't play because they're not part of the top team. We were already qualified as first in the group, so it was the best moment to do it.

I've also set a different tactic to try a new approach, but I'm sure it could be improved in the future. Anyway a good match.

Next match 1/8 of finals! Come on Canada!

We've lost vs Hayastan in a very ugly match. Our opponent has chosen a tactic with 7 man behind the ball and only a wing and two strikers to try to score. They scored twice (one in a very lucky way) and we weren't able to do the same (my fault for the strikers' position).

From now on I'll set the squad with the aim of the qualification to the World Cup!

Hayastan have strong squad with those ratings nothing you can do about this.
We have to concentrate in finding and building more players. I think now it`s the best time to migrate to the new DB. I`m updating there a lot of good players so have a look.
