I am training MIDS, pace for the rest of the season, then passing next season. I have two players that will be ready for NT in about 2 seasons, one of them perhaps sooner than that. Both will be world class quality. As far as young players go I have an amazing 20 year old who is one of the best mids in all of sokker for 20 year olds. So as far as mids go I think we are in good shape for the future. We need to have 3-4 world class strikers (triple divine), in order to compete with the best....so who is training strikers?

Goal-Keeper for me (Abbas Musa is my first !)

To all team that train pace and defense

Sebastian Leopold, Age:20
club: FC Josavica, country: Canada
Value: 406 000 $, Wage: 4 600 $
formidable Form, very good Tactical discipline
height: 170

solid stamina, tragic keeper
excellent pace, outstanding defender
average technique, adequate playmaker
weak passing, weak striker

this player needs 3 levels of pace to be a U21 player
2014-01-23 07:38:06
Leopold needs def at first, then pace.
2014-01-23 14:13:43
You are wrong
2014-01-23 19:58:06
I also think he needs defense first.
I can play with defenders with good defense and lower pace, but not really with lower defense and good pace. You just put them closer to the keeper if they don't have pace
2014-01-23 20:15:31
I don't think I'm wrong man. I'm the U21 CT of this NT and I know what Leopold needs to be part of the squad. Leopold needs at first def in order to be stronger and to have a chance to grow in the future playing with the NT and getting extra training.

A player outstanding both pace and def is weaker than a player excellent pace and brilliant def
2014-01-23 22:01:54
to play u21 he needs at least 13 pace and 13 def it means he needs 3 levels of pace and 1 level of def. He can pop up def with secondary training but pace is the slowest training so it needs to be trained that
2014-01-23 22:03:34
Playing defenders close to the keeper is suicide mission also is good all the defenders to have same speed other wise you are limited to play with the defense to the back.
2014-01-23 23:52:42
we can not have both unfortunately, so we need at least brilliant-magical defense and a decent pace
incredible defense is too low in my opinion. i would train him until magical defense before switching to pace

Both cases are good for making him to man's squad but for u21 he want make it with 10 or 11 pace
