Subject: [NT]Mourinho

Hello!

I try to come back to NT teams, since last time in Spanish NT long time ago. I have long experience in NT's: New Zealand, Lietuva and another U21 teams...

I'll try to make a great job as sviktorov did making the WC Qualification. This engine is very enjoyable and Canada still have a good team for a while. I want to stay here 4 seasons if you like my job.

I like to work hard in ranking and experience of the future main NT players, so I take much care about friendly rivals. We have two main objectives for this 2 first seasons: stay at the pot 2 (ranking 17-32) anyway pot 3 is not bad, and of course WC Qualification. Maybe both are not easy ^^

hmm. a new manager can vote now, there is a 31 population with vote right. only 1 vote now, last elections was 11 votes as I remember.

Yeh my friend unfortunately we lost several very good teams this season with very good players converted to bots. A season before that there were very tide elections that i won with one vote only and more than 15 people voted. But even with few users Canada is producing great players. there some users with none Canadian flag that are dedicated to the community and training Canadian players. I hope soon to find resources to buy a good Canadian defender to train on secondary skills.

Yep I have to take a big look to the teams to see the NT players if I become elected. Anyway with so few leagues it seems that there is no long to this teams will become bots and NT players will go to TL

Best thing we don't play against the monsters of romania, italia or polska and Azərbaycan and Belarus are strong. Last thing is good because they can steal points against the harder teams in the group and this is that we need (as them, I think they has the same options as our)

So we start with Azərbaycan first match, seems very important match.

Very difficult group :( all will be decided between the top 3 teams.

The first 2 teams are strong but not the strongest and 4 and 5 has possibilities in the group as well so it's much better to have weaker teams below. I think.

Maybe belarus is slight worse but Azərbaycan has 75% ratings average. He can fight for 2nd possition perfectly

Yep Azerbadjan is the one we have to watch out.

Canada fixture next season (all U27 matches)

And we'll play as U27 next saturday with the players I sent to sviktorov. Maybe it's few risky but they are the players we're going to play with for a long time I guess, maybe with a few olders

The danemark agreed to play u28 not u27 but i will use the players you wanted from me :)

Even further if you want you can send me the starting line up and the tactic you want on private of course :)
