very good form
tragic tactical discipline

Not very good at rating young strikers. What do you guys think of him? Too low pace/tech at his age?
Going to sell him anyways since I am switching to def training next week hopefully.

I might be selling Marrelo this week :/
I can only train 10 defenders in the next weeks to come, and he is the 11/12 in the pecking order. The only reason I am considering keeping him is because he is Canadian.
He isn't as good as Gallant or Mckenna, but he can still be decent.

Bear Clayden , age 18

wage: 1 960 C$
very good form
height: 173 cm, weight: 79.4 kg,
BMI: 26.55
poor stamina hopeless keeper
good pace very good defender
unsatisfactory technique adequate playmaker
unsatisfactory passing Good striker
Formidable junior. Should I train him? I do have slightly better players than him, but I would train him because he is Canadian.
His talent is 3.14
Let me know if you guys think I should train him and he can be helpful to the NT. Or if I should someone else.
(Currently I am training def for the next 1.5 seasons)
I would have to get rid of one of these two if I train him:
Đỗ An Khang , age 18
value: 191 200 C$
wage: 1 560 C$
superdivine form
height: 165 cm, weight: 61.1 kg,
BMI: 22.44
good stamina hopeless keeper
solid pace solid defender
weak technique good playmaker
adequate passing hopeless striker
Mario Frattola , age 17
value: 110 800 C$
wage: 1 320 C$
good form
height: 161 cm, weight: 68.4 kg,
BMI: 26.38
poor stamina tragic keeper
average pace very good defender
unsatisfactory technique average playmaker
poor passing adequate striker
Both of these players were somewhat expensive compared to the rest of my youngsters.

I think the best performances of individual players have those trained in a balanced way. For example: your Gallant player is strong in defense and pace, but his technique shortage is noticeable in the field.
Although my Steward has poor skills, his being trained with well-balanced skills does not point him overly to the single skill, but he benefits from the sum in equilibrium.
I hope I have explained it properly.

I feel like for youth you should train pace and then def up to at least 15/15. and then to start training tech, pass, and playmaker.
I think I will sell/try to sell Clayden. I don't think/feel he is good enough.

Yes, but now he is 17, if well trained we will find it to the maximum of his potential to 21 yo exact!
I need to check his talent when I get on pc.
I'm still so pissed that 4 of my 20 yo have missed 5 weeks of training (that includes gallant :(

very good form

Outstanding junior... A bit disappointed, I'm not training pace for another 8-10 weeks so I will need to sell him.
Talent= 2.23, maybe someone can get his skills up fast, probably pace training is best for now.
