Ibarra to fire!

McLeod talent?

Montagnac our new future goalkeeper ;)

Don't laugh but given that he has pace and basically nothing else this guy might be better off being trained as a keeper if he had to be trained. Less skills to concentrate on which makes up for the very low starting position.

Michaels talent=2
Mcleod talent= 2.83
Montagnac= 3.5 :/ for 6 weeks he has been on (5) now....I really hope it get's better.

My junior coach is (14)

I've just updated to a magical coach that costs around 74k Canadian weekly... I need better juniors lol.

Hopefully the difference between brilliant(14) coach and magical(15) makes my juniors a lot better, because the brilliant(14) coach only cost me 45k!

2017-03-02 18:40:58

Rico McLeod , age 18
value: 97 200 C$
wage: 1 520 C$
very good form
height: 185 cm, weight: 79.6 kg,
BMI: 23.26

weak stamina hopeless keeper
solid pace adequate defender
hopeless technique hopeless playmaker
hopeless passing good striker

Excellent junior, 3.0 skill.
Not sure what to do with him.... I wish his good striker was in tech/pass...
Any ideas?

I think I'll put him on the TL, but overall he seems a bit disappointing.

dear friends, given the situation not good of our youth, I need your support to my idea:

creating an organized group of laboratory teams, for in a reasoned way to train those few young players who come from the youth.
Type a team that specializes in DEF training, which buy the DEF ... etc ... it seems a good idea?

Given the low number of managed teams in Canada, the U21s have no chance imo (sorry to say).
That being said, if you train players up for the NT you can still have a decent NT because those players stick around for much longer giving you a chance to put together a fairly decent team with a bit of luck thrown in. Therefore with that in mind, you need to get people to train their Canadian players with the NT in mind which I would suggest would mean training their pace as early as possible. Just my thoughts on it which don't count for an awful lot given I am not one of the few Canadian users out there!

I even feel like this in England where we are up at around 100 users which around 10 times the user base of Canada. Fwiw, my thoughts were completely ignored in England which you could takes one of two ways ;-)

yes, I would look for managers in Italy, opening a post for the selection of motivated people.

as it exits a 17 yo or 18 yo with a minimum of skills buys one of the group and trains him in pace, then he sells it to whoever trains passing, for example, and so on.

I am looking for volunteers to this project?
