Subject: Youth Pulls

2017-04-03 23:05:58
yes, I would look for managers in Italy, opening a post for the selection of motivated people.

as it exits a 17 yo or 18 yo with a minimum of skills buys one of the group and trains him in pace, then he sells it to whoever trains passing, for example, and so on.

I am looking for volunteers to this project?

Little bit confused as to what you mean here. But for the next few seasons I will be training Def and then back to Pace.
So if there are any promising players that need one, and aren't insanely expensive then maybe I can train.

Still hoping for some good youth pulls XD

me give an example:
if your young Montagnac came out with skill for defense.
you train him in your team its strength as a defender.
if it would pace workouts, our team in the group that trains pace, would buy from you to train him in pace.
the purpose is not to lose young players, coached by teams that have no real interest in our national.

I was more understandable?

P.S. not bad your youth :)

Yes I think I understand it now!

Why the name change?
2017-04-05 04:13:15
I'm passionate the tv series Viking! :D
2017-04-05 05:47:17
Never heard of it, maybe that's why I didn't understand the name
2017-04-05 22:50:21
You have some promising lads out there.
Keep training and training!
2017-04-05 23:12:39
You know I will!!!

Aleandro Montagnac , age 17
value: 65 200 C$
wage: 1 200 C$
very good form
height: 184 cm, weight: 78.8 kg,
BMI: 23.28

unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper
unsatisfactory pace poor defender
unsatisfactory technique adequate playmaker
good passing poor striker

Anyone interested in this guy? Came out as very good junior, 3.5 talent.
I'll put him up on transfer list tomorrow
2017-04-06 15:34:39
:(

but your youth coach?
2017-04-06 17:53:03
Are you asking why he didn't come out better or why I'm not going to train him?

If it's to the first one, then I'm not sure why didn't come out better :p
To the second, I think he will need a mixture of pace, tech, pass, and playmaker in the future. In a couple of weeks I'm switching to def.

2017-04-06 18:52:20
the first, will be just luck, but on my team them come out more balanced :(
2017-04-06 18:54:12
The coach is magical(15)
2017-04-06 19:05:06

Must just be unlucky

Tough loss today for the u-21, but it is hard. We were outclassed by a mile in terms of players.
Hopefully these juniors of mine turn out good:

Heath McKenna 17 formidable outfield 3
Alex Marrelo 17 excellent outfield 5
Bear Clayden 17 very good outfield 11
Luc Periani 16 excellent outfield 20
uce Watson 16 adequate outfield 32

I am hoping Periani will be magical(15) or higher...
