Thanks sly. I was quite afraid of this match. Last qualifying season we played twice against Slovenija and they kind of stopped us big time, a defeat and a draw. So I prepared the game very careful. A 442 tactic which could have went as a 4222 basic one. Rios impressed me with his game as I game him confidence over Do Nascimento who was out of form.

I am glad with the game and the result. Next we play against World Cup champion, Poland.

Yes, poor match management by Nicaragua. Even though they are big underdogs. it is a pity they don`t respect the competition :(

I underestimated them:P big mistake. Tried playing not extremely defensive at all, but a little bould and it came backside. They have too many magnificent players.

i was hopping Canada and Scotland to pass the group with such attitude will be difficult

I know, the final score was quite harsh. In the return match I won`t do the same mistake, playing so open. My first pick was a 532, but I said, hack what, let me play higher def and 4132, let`s see what happens.
