Official Qualifying World Cup Game,11th of March

Canada vs Honduras 6-2

Yesterday we played against 4th place, Honduras. I expected a though fight from them and in some aspect it was. We had 3-0, they made it 3-2 and afterwards we locked the game with a final 6-2.
We are still 3 points back from Scotland. It will be hard to take the second place, but we shall try.

Scotland losing now makes it a 2 game shoot out.

Yeah, that is right. I am upset that yesterday we could have scored more, but our strikers were so soft in front of the post. We have to offer two huge games against Poland ans Slovenia.

Next game against Poland is quite vital. If I loose the game, I just wanna loose it at a smaller difference than Scotland. And the last game against Slovenia has to be perfect.

I am still hoping about the qualifying dream, but it will be hard.

what to say. yet another defeat. up to Johnson's autogoal I believed that we could take the first points in a long time. but I have been denied by one of our protege who quietly pulls the ball into his own goal. until the 68th somehow we kept the impact. then our opponents fielded fresh forces, and the game is over.

From you, my friends, I would like some suggestions, I do not like to lose forever. our best striker is a defender. players worthy of a national are very few or none of them.
What we will propose in the field next season?

World Cup Qualifying Group, Round 9, 1st of April

Poland vs Canada 7-0(1-0)

Guys, sorry for missing the qualification to the World Cup. Poland was quite a tough nut for us.
Today we`ve had a great first half, just 1-0 for them, but the 47th minute red card at Marshall settled the match.

The qualification was lost in the double against main contender, Scotland. Two games which could have brought us the desired qualification. It was not our season, maybe next time.

In the first half I blocked him excellent, the red card unbalanced the odds.
Theoretically yes, but everything goes to goal difference, so impossible job.
