Hi, I'm Kirill, 24 years old and I have decided to run for the position of national coach for youngsters up to age 21. I’m playing Sokker since six years, and i never occupied the position of national coach, but I'm a Scout of the Bulgarian national team for the last two years. I have extensive experience with the handling of the tactics of any nature, I've helped and helping other coaches with arranging tactics for their most important matches. My candidature is supported by Sviktorov, an ex-national coach of Canada.

My goal In my personal team is preparation of future nt players for my country, and to retain in the upper division to have the additional thrill of matches with strong teams.

The goals that I will have as a National Manager will be:
1. to Qualify the Canadian national team of 21 years old to World Championship
2. climb the ranking by teams if possible to go in top 48 that will allow us better position in the draw.
I will prepare the team for each game individually, according to the opponent. My goal has always been the first place. Because I believe that the best is not born best, and with motivation and intelligence can achieve it.

And finally: the elections are important and i can assure you I’m responsible and dedicated user and i will do my best in any decision.

Guys if you want someone dedicated to the job Kiril is your guy. He was scout for Bulgaria before me and with him our team went to another level. He gave me so many ideas for the database and for the whole scouting work so i really relay on him in my NT job. I'm glad seen him trying something new taking full responsibility for NT U21 Canada. This is really difficult task but with resignation of Qsraw now is the right moment someone to get in the community and put fresh ideas on the table.
Hope you guys will support him as supported me during my work with the NT.

Hello people! I already have an account in the database. I looked at the players to 21 years and my opinion is that the situation is not good. I'd like to ask anyone who has a Canadian young man to 21 years, let him send his skills to me or Sviktorov.
My experience as a Scout shows that there are always players who have the necessary skills to play in the national, but they are not always detected in time.

I have scouted all players U21 promoted by our few users...not much luck ...but be my guest!

i will create a script similar i did in bulgaria that retries all transferred players from all canadian teams
hope we will find some good players

It would be good if you could highlight some decent players but I'm fairly sure if they are U21 that qstarw would have found them as he is very thorough ;-) But, I guess there's always the possibility that one or two have slipped through the net and there's certainly no harm in looking again ...

the good thing of the script will be that is automated and there will be no way anyone to slip away in the future also it will help for the mans team.

here we go here you can see all canadian players that are not in the database
the script runs every 30m and scraps 15 teams per turn so for half a day it goes through all the teams and transfers hope it will helps :)

Hi all!
Last night I was selected for the national team coach of Canada U21 and I want to thank to all who voted for me. I will do everything in my power to please you with good results.
As Qstarw said, a generation of U21 is not very good, but it doesn't bother me, I like to play the role of an outsider.
From today I start looking for a new youth and update the others.
Anyone who would like to help is welcome!
