Hi everyone,

I am Clau_Goool(Rares in real life). I live in the beautiful city of Cluj, the capital of Transylvania, a big region of Romania. I will like to candidate to the position of manager for Canada NT.
I`m playing this game since 2005 and in this time I spent a lot of time near the Romanian NT, being as well tactical advisor and scouter.

In my NT career I have been the manager of:

- 1 season NT manager of UAE
- 2 seasons manager of Nigeria U21
- 6 seasons manager of Cymru NT known as Wales
- 6 seasons manager of Australia NT
- more than 10 seasons of scouting for both Romanian NT and U21 and I am still doing this job

My objectives are:

- trying new tactics in the new season, giving playing opportunities for the young players which have less experience with the NT
- trying to improve the NT ranking
- ensuring a weekly up to date database of our NT players
- trying to buy and train players for the Canada NT as I did for Nigeria, Cymru and Australia
- strong communication with the Canada sokker community

Thank you for offering me the chance to manage the National team of Canada in this season.

We had till now 14 friendly matches, we won 9, draw in one and lost four of them.
Main victories were against Romania and Portugal, the heaviest defeat being against Italy.

The team has much more to offer, so if it is fine by you dear community, I shall candidate for one more season, as I believe qualifying to the World Cup groups is possible for Canada.
