Subject: [U21] McRitz

Hi to all,
am Joseph, I have the age of 45 years. I'm playing sokker since 2005.
Since last season I re-founded my team taking very young players and starting a new path that led me to a relegation, but it will give me new and exciting opportunities for growth, because I like to coach the young players and make them strong.
I was scout and I helped national teams U21 of Brazil, Italy and Bolivia.
This season I decided to run for the U21 national team of Canada.
Because I have so much experience in the game, I'd do the U21 coach and I believe that Canada is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Some friends with International U21 national team coach experience will help me in this venture.
My goal as a coach is to try to improve the performance of the coaches who came before me, to grow the rankings and the results of the U21 national team.
I hope you vote for me and I can do well for the Canadian U21.

Hi McRitz. Canada needs a dedicated manager, but as well the help of the community to train fresh picks from youth schools. With out their support your work is so hard.

As you are the only one who has written a speech and stated his intentions you have my support even if I can`t offer you my vote.

For how many users Canada has it is incredible how good youth we have. I will make sure to increase the talent being produced by us Canadians :)

in a day Canadian users decreased from 13 to 9.
however, hopefully good, for the moment, thank you for the trust you are giving me.

Unfortunately the number of users is dropping, as well users log in so rare. I have checked the remaining users and barely one or two log in frequently.

in our company i tried to make the game popular they liked it but they always say they may play if it was hockey :(

Sunday morning anecdote: many years ago, I was in military service, a military exercise befriended a Canadian soldier at the time to say goodbye he gave me a t-shirt canadian navy, thanks to that shirt, the next summer I made friends with the Canadian girls on vacation in Croatia ... that good memories, Canada for me was in destiny!

I am the new coach, as you know.
Since we have no aspirations of official tournaments this season, our project is aimed at qualifying for next season.
The friendly matches program was put in this perspective.
Now, I ask your help, to enhance our talent, give me news of all U20 players of which you are aware. please contact me privately to upgrade the skills of your young phenomena.
As in real life I took this commitment seriously and I want the Canadian national team can make you be proud of it.
