Subject: help the U21 NT

Hello everyone,
I'm McRitz, the U21 national team coach of Canada.

In recent weeks, there are many new managers owners of teams in Canada.
I ask everyone to help us improve our U21 national team:
anyone on the team a goalkeeper (17/20 yo), send me the player's skills.
Anyone with players 17/20 yo, send me the skills of them.

It would probably be quicker to scout the managed teams in Canada (there aren't that many!) and then to contact the manager if you see anybody suitable. The players you won't see of course are the ones that have been sold off into different countries, but then those managers wouldn't have likely seen your plea for help either ;-)

You can also look for YPs that they have sold too so maybe you could find all the current youngsters after all :-)

Next week I am hoping I get lucky with a decent 16 year old that I can train.
But not much luck in my youth academy atm....

I have written to all the managers, always respond the lay people (and this is a good thing), but above all he does not answer those who have the good potential players.
I opened this thread to see if new members of Canada, maybe reading this forum are interested in the national team.
I have already written well to the owners of all players sold by the few active Canadian teams, doing a thorough search in the transfers of the best Canadian teams and then contacting the buyers of the appropriate age players.
result: no answer.
I'm trying to give all the more options and results to our national team :)

I wrote this mail to all owners of real teams, so as to give a message also equal to new members and hope for their interest:

dear friends, supporters of the Canadian national team!
I hope to touch your hearts: I ask all of you a little effort, to give every day, every week, new options that could give some extra satisfaction to all of us, with personal results and team results. I hope you will to help the nation, because Canada needs you!
How to help: sent to me or to our chief scout the skills of your young talents including from 17 to 20 years old and update each new skill week increase for the week.

the situation: unfortunately after inviatoun lot of email. (Many "living" managers can bear out). until now, many young talents are off the team, their managers have not opened the sent email.
Also on the team I have a lot of players that you do not know the skill.
Within a few days I fired the 21 year old players, now useless for the national team. (Who needs them to sell will adjust accordingly)
I am truly saddened by the lack of interest of this community (excluding always active people).
And by the total lack of interest of those managers owners of important players er us.
It is not right to condemn to oblivion a national team. It would take more selection and convening power to the coaches of the national teams.
I still will fight with all my strength for this shirt, to the end! Go CANADA!

Goodmorning everyone,
I have taken the responsibility, honor and joy of being the coach of the Canadian national U21 team.
Since then has been almost a season, I found the roster just a pretty goalkeeper and a couple of players with enthusiasm to join the national team.
I and a few managers with sacrifice, dedicated time and with so much enthusiasm we are now to have a group of potential stars, although no absolute phenomenon.
But we managed to make ourselves respected in games played throughout the season.
This preamble is used to query an effort to the community, to find people who want to join me, to our beloved senior national team coach and other coaches always present.
We need a goalkeepers coach, because we only have a strong player in the first team and will only have one more season with us, we have no substitutes.
I hope that there are people willing, anyone who feels ready, contact me.

We can find someone to train abroad but first we need a good youth. Great job buddy

I would like to see a tactical change in the U21 selection, has not changed since the elimination in the World Cup. In the next match 2 different tactics one in the first half and another in the second stage .

but we have not played in the World Cup.
I understand the tactics vary, but now it is more important to have young talents trained well from willing people.
however, you are right, I will do something new for the next game;)

(Although, all in all, the current module is not bad)
