Subject: Juniors Up's

The problem with Langstaff is that he can't reach a high defender level in your team, because the rest of trainees will reach to divine much before him

So maybe (only maybe) the best for him would be you sell him to a MIDs trainer

Edit: but taking into account the new training system, you'll be able to give him a custom training, so you can keep him haha

I think you should sell Claude Langstaff
you will have free slot

Hi Terrion, nice to meet you

Do you also think we have to focus on next qualification?

Hi :)

I'm not sure about U21 best strategy. It seems very hard to get a good result in the WC with such few users

Maybe just try your best with every generation and prepare the best players for the NT where, with more time, we can group the best players of several generations

The new training system won't be up for a couple of seasons though right? I think I will most likely sell Langstaff once I switch to def training from pace.

@skyland Yes I agree, I will focus on the other ones and also sell all my Canadians who aren't defenders (unless I'm training something like pace/tech and the player could benefit from that training).

Also our current u-21 Isn't too shabby at all imo. I don't know if we have any solid attackers, but our def/mid will have some solid players.

I creat this strategy during when I was Andorra u21 coach
there were only 3 active users with the academy and 3-4 friends
we group players like you said we choose two-person to one formation

and after 4 seasons Andorra with 3 users got to WC - it was a historical achievement

so like you said at first can choose the best young players at 19, 18 and 17
in this elimination, i will focus to increase our position in the ranking

This could be him with 28 yo, not bad:

Wow, that's actually a really nice defender. What tool is that, can you link it? (I technically could just do the math. I'm tired, but I realized those skills are with a talent of 4, but does it take into account how the later skills take longer to train?)

Also have they announced a date yet for the new training updates?

It's the projection feature of Sokker Asistente

Yes, It takes into account the age and higher levels handicap. I put him a 4 talent because he is not a top player, but it was totally random :)

It's safe to use my sokker password there right? Since it requires it?

and yeah I would say 4 is kinda accurate. He was a brilliant[14] junior at 19 years old, but he's been unlucky with injuries (and he was only playing friendlies earlier, now all my players are on 100% pace training).

It's safe, unless you are in a public network (I'm trying to configure Https but I fail on something :/)

Okay sounds good.
And yeah, that Langstaff would start in our defense today :D

Also for some reason when I did that it said -6.8 remaining trainings. And I used same talent 4. Weird.

this was another repeat post... I'm sorry, the website is acting weird for me right now lol.

On another note, I like using this tool. :D my player Husar can be 16/16/16 pace/tech/atk @4 talent when he is 28 years old. Not bad either, if we had that he would be a start for sure right now
