On another note, I like using this tool. :D my player Husar can be 16/16/16 pace/tech/atk @4 talent when he is 28 years old. Not bad either, if we had that he would be a start for sure right now

When the player is in your squad, I count the trainings he has. In your case, 0 trainings since you just registered.

But when the player is customized, I suppose the levels are half trained. That's the reason of the difference.

Anyways, it's an estimation. Quite accurate, but only an estimation. It can be wrong

I checked to see if it would be worth training my boys in mid, but they are better suited for def since they'll be great defenders (and hopefully mids can be better mids).

Trained as mids each one came up something like this:
17 10-12
14 15/16
14 9

Which isn't terrible, but not as good as they looked in def.
And as for wingers I feel like the bare minimum requirement looks something like this:
17 -
15 16
15 -

Our current best young mid Lombardo says he can be this at 28 years old:
17 10
16 17
16 9

Which is good for a winger.

20 year old Brillian[14] just came out, 2.56 avg pop in Junior school. Nothing amazing because of age, but I think he can be a decent attacker. At least 16/16/16 pace/tech/attack. I can either keep him for a bit training him in pace, and then sell him off to someone who will train him tech/striker.

I will offload Husar around the same time. Husar has more potential too. Again not top top players, but if we had these guys currently at 28 trained how they should be it would make the team much better :P

Goal is to have an all-Canadian squad with the purpose for development youths.

All Canadian team training defenders xD.

Now i am understand why our strikers were yesterday so restrained in scoring goals :D

I could have sworn one of andrii or metrotown were training mids or attks. Maybe I'm wrong though.
