@sly1183 well pace is important skill for all but not for inner mids as for defs wings and strikers i prefer pass and pm than pace for mids
And we have co conclusion and meritum of our discussion.
Different user should train mid-wing and different user mid.
So if country has few users, the training has to be discused internaly or we can wait for golden team. We should get such players in next 5-6 seasons

It depends how/where you play the inner mids. But I can see pace being less important in that position, but it’s still key
My congratulaions:) you can start invest in staff :)

Yes I have assistant coaches.
I have been upgrading my assistants since their overall general appraisal matters according to the rules. So I have 2 formidable and 1 brilliant.
Since the main coach only need the highest training skill, I have a "weak" coach with unearthly training skill (Pace training for me this season).
Is this the correct way?

It is said that the main coach secondary skills are as useful as the general skill of the 3 assistants for the general training
So I guess you could balance the wages in a better way

Only 200k? That’s pretty good, I think my 4x magical and 1xunearthly are around 350k altogether! And my magical coaches are on the lower end of salaries for the skills they have I think.
Yes I have a Magical Coach for Youth team.
I pay 145K for all my coaches now so I can see that I will have to spend 200K or more if I want to improve.

I spend a lot of money on TL but i bought magical coaches with low salary :) but do this step by step.
You have magical coach in youth school one topic you end.
Now you should look for better asisistants with low salary

I can give one more tip
I am using a datebase which is added on French u21 page. When you log on this page you will advice which youth players have potential and which you should remove from club.
It is usefull because you don't train poor players
