Does this tool doesn't account for talent of the youth player? Nice tool none the less :) I love them
Also, I don't really think you can get much lower than the wages of my magical assistants for the stats they have :P I too tried to get them low-ish. 2 of them could probably be like 58k instead of 68k.

Also it highlights "very good bmi", but does bmi have any influence in the game?
I have to magic as assistant and magic on the junior team.
So how many poor players do you have in academy?
I should remove 5 players but i will not have squad for the match :)
I can only say all players which were light as star had very good skills.
We should not waste place and time for poor players, do you also think the same?

Based on that website I have 2 stars, 4 remove, 2 keep?, and the rest it said to keep.
Out of the 4 removes 3 of them can actually be decent though. So I don’t fully agree with it. Although the 4th player I will most likely remove after thursday update.

I used this web from long time and at begining i also thought like you, but this program not only calculate talent but also add age as second parametr..

Our object is WC - this is the thing on which we should focus.

You can get 19 or 20 year outstanding player - he is unusefull for u21.
I trust in this program and i kick all players which are bad - i earn a lot of money from that time.

I learn a lot about u21 - i test different strategy for develop young players and this is the best way - this way gave me historical achivments.

I trust you, but these are also the parameters I go by with my youngsters:
16 (1) = 6
16 (2) = 7
17 (1) = 8
17 (2) = 9
18 (1) = 10
18 (2) = 11
19 (1) = 13
19 (2) = 14
20 (1) = 15
20 (2) = 16
The first number is age at promotion and the second number (*) is 1 first half season and 2 second half season.
I believe 3 of the players it says to remove can actually reach those numbers. And since I have a lot of space in youth school it doesn't make sense to trash them. If I ever need more space then I'd remove these guys who meet the minimum requirements.
