hi mates, do you have experience with this kind of issue?

I trained 18 yo (currently 20) player only "playmaker".. till 9, he was popping up quite regularly every 3-4 training sessions. then he reached 9 and already received 8 training sessions (advanced training - same conditions as before) without improvement to 10. I do not know what to do, he will probably loose position in u21 team

are you sure he's getting training? what skill has your main coach for pm?

Yes, I am quite sure, that he is getting 100% advance training, I checked reports once again..
Main coach on (16) playmaking, 3 assistants (15) overall.. this is not the case, all other players with "playmaking" training improve normally.. I am quite angry, because this was promising star, when I bought him, but now is becoming average (do Santos). I already experienced this dramatic drop in the past couple of times, but only on "pace" training which is very sensitive to age..

do you have any pictures from any assistant software? for exmaple sokker asistente from Terrion?
