the problem is, that 15 & 8 is not realistic..
there are only 3-4 teams, which are producing sufficient youngsters

I intend to start the junior team in about 2 seasons. Right now I have -365k and I can't afford any other coach.
establishment of YA is a clever idea.. later you can earn a lot of money as CAN is a small community and there is a potential, that there will be a huge interest for good Canadian players.. but bear on mind, that you need magical coach [15] for Youth Academy, which is very expensive to buy (not only wages)..
I think, the best idea for new players is, invest to average (not weak) 16 yo players (Polish, Spanish,.. they are cheap), buy good coach and assistants and at the age of 21 sell them (train only primary skill to 17).. I remember, that i earned approx. 30-40 mil CAD after 5 seasons.. then you will have enough money to establish YA and start to produce youngsters and build your team for domestic competition
honestly, I do not understand why you bought these 35+ players, they are so expensive (see wages) and benefit is very low.. ok, you will move to top league, but what's next?? additionally, I cant see your coaches.. but are they necessary for this team? just try to minimize the costs as much as possible.. your team is not worth to invest money yet
