That skill placement is very unfortunate :(

For me it's good it could be worse if some skills were on gk seems like a decent mid and could be trained on pace for a season

Do not forget that max skill on youth is 10 I think so ..

Yeah, for a brilliant junior I think it's not a bad skill distribution, although it would have been great that stamina and pace had been switched. His main handicap is the age, but still he can be valuable

I'll tell you how I do in mine, I only stay with players who left with 18 years old so if they leave with high skill you earn a lot of money.

players with tragic ability, unsatisfactory, I reject everyone, unless I have many weeks to go up and not be over 18 years old.

another thing to watch out for and the coach, the greater the skill and the greater your chance of revealing a star.
