Subject: Juniors Up's
I'll tell you how I do in mine, I only stay with players who left with 18 years old so if they leave with high skill you earn a lot of money.
players with tragic ability, unsatisfactory, I reject everyone, unless I have many weeks to go up and not be over 18 years old.
another thing to watch out for and the coach, the greater the skill and the greater your chance of revealing a star.

Here is what someone told me when I started:
16 years old: Overall of Good [7] in the 1st 1/4 of season or over and still 16 years old when they leave the Junior School.
17 years old: At least an overall of Very Good [9] in the 1st 1/4 of season and preferably Excellent [10] or over by the time they leave.
18 years old: At least an overall of Formidable [11] in the 1st 1/4 of season and preferably Outstanding [12] or over by the time they leave.
19 and 20 years old won't be best players but can be very good.
19 years old: At least an overall of Incredible [13] in the 1st 1/4 of season and preferably Brilliant [14] or over by the time they leave.
20 years old: Overall of Magical [15], Unearthly [16] or Divine [17]

Cheers, Silva.
I'm looking to upgrade from Excellent to brilliant after perhaps selling a trainee quite soon.

very good MID, if you were 18 years old it would be worth millions
I am switching to Mid, I have one more coming which is the one who will be worth millions..
Hi guys, I upgraded to brilliant coach for the juniors, so perhaps a Canada U21 star can emerge and we can all be happy

Fingers crossed as Canada could do with some decent youngsters coming through.

i'm happy to see the community struggling in juniors
I feel he meant 'exert' when he used the word 'strugle'. He's happy that everyone is taking the pains for the cause, rather than insinuating schadenfreude.
it was a mistake of the phone broker that changes the words alone, but i meant i'm happy for the community to embrace the cause in the formation of new juniors
