Congratulations and good luck!

Thank you for your trust and for the votes on me. I think that the potential will be 85 out of the 60th place in the ranking. I start work with 17-19 year olds. We need young people. 5-10 junior schools will give us the potential to work. There will always be a place for their training. Let's stay in touch. I will do a lot for you! Let Canada win! :)

If some help needed, I'm here :) since I'm the admin for Canada.

There are currently no players in Canada for 21 years. But the training system shows that we are moving forward in the next season!

I am happy with your opinion of the match. I prefer to play with strong teams to know where our players have weak points. I hope you see how much you do. Your nurseries are pulsing. Every young curious, even at the age of 17, played and got to know the taste of victory. I am glad that you support me. In some time, when I build the potential I will give it to one of you. Silva? Sly? Maybe someone else? Canada is a great country and I would gladly go there to live and fish. :)

I am happy of your concern for the future of Canada, I believe thatour country is one of the most beautiful in the world, there is nothing missing, come and we will mark a fishery. Changing the subject I believe that if you can continue as coach for some time, know that you will have carte blanche with me, always have my vote

Fehu, keep up the good work!

Without youngsters coming through the NT won't stand a chance in a few seasons time. It's already struggling :-( However, the problem is getting the decent youngsters trained once they are out of the U21s but not quite good enough for the NT. When I were the NT manager prior to Cinek, I made a conscience effort to "fast track" a number of younger ones into the NT squad in order that they could receive the additional training (every little bit helps!). Henry definitely benefitted from this and that actually saw a few decent younger ones emerging which were most encouraging.

I know each NT manager has their own ideas and goals but without giving the younger players game time there won't be much of a NT in a few seasons time. I implore whoever wins the NT election (looking like Cinek for the moment) to give serious consideration to this approach.

Even if he/they don't, good luck all the same! :-)

TC.

Absolutely yes, the result today and the football tomorrow. I'm happy how the guys got involved. We have a calm season and let the younger ones play. Thank you for supporting us.
