speed actually is the slowest training so thats why is usually done in early age but if you train for u21 its better balanced training i have several nt defs that are maxed on speed so thats why i do not train speed :(

I think @fehu will be great asset to community I hope he will stay for long as u21 and I will help him as much I can thought lately my time for sokker is very limited

thank you for kind words, there is potential in U 21. I chose Canada because i know how much work i need. I have a plan to bring Canada to the middle of the rankings. How can more be will be great.:)
