But yeah, I see what you mean although keeping incredible(or higher) 19 year olds still makes sense. Just not as good as I’d hope.

It's a pity but the next ones will be better.

You've been unlucky on the distribution of the skills: half striker half midfielder, and too much stamina.

I think what tdc_uk means is that the higher skills that can come out are something like this:

excellent stamina, excellent keeper
excellent pace, excellent defender
excellent technique, excellent playmaker
excellent passing, excellent striker

So, a 19 or 20 yo junior has many chances to waste skills in a bad distribution, like yours

I have a problem, Mathieu Glover got a red card on Wednesday in a cup match :) And he can not play in the national team. It is displayed in red.:(
