Imo invest in 16-19 year olds, train pace+def, or pace+playmaker (with decent technique+passing) or train an attacker pace+attack (and have him on decent technique).

Then when they are 21-22 sell them.
For example with a defender you can buy them at 18 years old for 5-50k with having solid pace and solid defense. Train pace for 2 seasons to get it up to at least brilliant (14)(pref magical (15) and then train def for 2 seasons to also get it up to brilliant(14)(pref magical(15).

You can now sell this 18 year old for 2-6million depending on his secondary skills.

If possible try to find these kinds of 18 year olds (if you want to train defenders, someone else should chime in if you want to train midfielders or attackers. Maybe it would be better for Canada since I already train defenders).

Solid pace. Solid def
Weak+ technique Poor+ playmaker
Weak+ passing.

If you buy a player like that, you can sell him for 3+ mil in 4seasons

Wise advice. Defów trains a lot of players. I recommend to the beginning of the attackers. Buy with solid. Train your speed. Leave them with talent. You know a lot now, make a decision :).

Hello my friend could not stop coming here and give some advice, first in a small country like ours, when we start we have to open a junior school because she will supply the selection sub 21, now let's think on the side a home school with coach receiving 40,000 C $ and you opening 16 vacancies will spend another 25,000 C $ giving a total of 65,000C $ of expenses weekly.

A little training guide.

First you have to choose what you want to train if you are going to be stunners, socks or defenders or goalkeepers.

Choosing the positions we go to amount of players by positions.

Defenders: And the position that opens more training slots can reach 10 (a tactic of 5 DEFS alternating players between Sunday and Wednesday).
Note: this is the maximum number of players to put more head banging and will not raise the skills.

Socks: You can reach 8 training slots (a tactic of 4 MIDS alternating between Sunday and Wednesday)
OBS: It will depend on your tactics.

Attackers: can reach 4 or 6 depending on the tactics of 3 or 2 attackers alternating between Sunday and Wednesday.

Goalkeeper: 2 workouts alternating between the days mentioned above.

Do a good tape tactic and choose some of these positions.

Tip: After choosing the position to be trained you have to reinforce the other positions so buy players with low and old salary otherwise it will overwhelm the finances of your team and this can wash away the bankruptcy, make your accounts on top of your sponsorship and if you exceed the value you choose the maximum the amount your tickets yield per week.

but I advise only new players because in their league does not need strong team to win.

first thing i did in sokker was to open an youth squad with coach i was able to afford that time. Then i started to upgrade the stadium but only if it starts to gt full i@Lord give some good advices pace is best training so you can train 22 players .
But make strategy in long term wich line you want to train and get youngsters that will fit in that long term plan

almost whole season i just trained arranging friendlies and did not watched the games of course winning is important but you need patience in this game
Good luck and do not hesitate to ask in the forums !

Thanks again all. I think I know what I want long term now. I definitely want to train players. I want to pretty much have a U23 squad and develop talent. I noticed not may accounts in Canada so I would like to train our younglings for NT, long-term.

You could always post questions on the Sokker England forum. However, I can't promise you will always get a (nice) reply.

I'll try to post in there when I do have questions. The noobie forums look like they are somewhat active. I have thick skin so I'll survive, hahaha.

So how does Junior Leagues work? I joined and I am by myself in JL 3. Do I play against myself?
2018-12-04 16:38:40
The league of juniors and a league as the normal league, it is disputed in running points, as there are no teams to play at the end of the season you will be a champion and rise division and so on until the first break, it is also for you find out what position your players can be, eg you scale a player in ATT and he scores a 30, it is likely that he is Att and does not need to change it, and so he will make a round and see which position the player will do better half of the notes received, because we can not see his abilities, only the training that is GK or outfield and general good skill, very good, excellent ...

finally I hope to have helped friend

You have good youngsters!
What i will recommend try to follow their progress and if you see someone is not improving then reject it but like overall rule. Good talent is if they improve level for 3 or 4 weeks so to do proper estimate you need a youngster to stay at least 5-6 weeks in squad.
I follow this rule i keep almost all 16y
I keep those that have chance to promote at age of 17 and level above 9 for canada maybe 8 worth as well
age 18 to be 10 and above (in beginning of season )
age 19 at least 13 or above
i do nt keep those that will promote at age of 20 but maybe for canada will worth

so follow this rule maybe only Damien Houston and Myles RunningBear will not worth to wait 2 season and see them at age of 20
