Guys, so how do training work in the offseason? Since there are not official matches, do I train something else like stamina during this time?
Yeah now would be a good time to do 1-2 weeks of Stamina since all players will receive training.
Or pace with one friendly for 11 players if you have good main coach with stamina skill then stamina will pop up in time from secondary training
In the break between seasons only stamina. Coach 11.12 stamina max
no matter what you trainning try to have main coach on that skill 16 !
Please, justify. There is no stamina divine. Will spend money on skill and stamine everyone will jump even if he has 12 coach. I'm wrong?
Tbh, I'm not following what you mean but sviktorov is correct that you want your main coach to be Unearthly in the actual skill you are training.

1. carry on just training what you normally train.
2. train stamina as everybody gets this even if they play or not. however, given that most of my players are already formidable, this is largely pointless for my team.
3. train pace (if your normal training isn't pace) as at least 11 players would get training. I sometimes do this and sometimes I just do my normal training.
Your options are basically (in no particular order)

An unearthly coach in any skill can cost peanuts ...
