Between strikers and mids you mean ? Cause defs and mids are compact but that's usually is the case when play defs back . I was on vacation had not time to change tactics usually hate that approach but wanted something different and it worked against Hrvatska quite well ...

in this shot, what is this man doing? Wing plays back?

i do not know what he is doing but obvious option for him is to run forward as he is in the tactic not pass back to defenders as he did
idea of back tactic is to confront strikers in front but you cant do anything when strker passes 3 defenders as happen on one of the goals
thanks for spending time for this but i do not see wrong of the 3 positions you screen shots alose they are on last column and their tactic is mostly addaptet for the free throws ..

added some improvements based on your comments will see in next game

Your tactics are good, but sokker does not like them. Important sometimes what a creator likes :)

thanks for your time and efforts i had 70 tactics some times really have some draft versions have to be more organized and yes i see what you have in mind but im slow need some time to process :)
but had your point made a version with less space between lines will try it in next game

U21 is totally different story I'm not so good with such ratings but I will send you few tactics on Pvt I think work best with youth
