Banning for having two accounts. Just ban the other accounts and fine him if he did any transfers, but let him keep the main. I mean especially if there were no transfers between the two accounts.
Sly when you register to a game it is obvious that you should have one team. This is a fair-play rule. And it is the most important rule of the game. It does not have any matter if there aren`t any transfers, a rule is a rule and has to be respected. When you cheat like this you don`t respect the game, the users, the rules, practically the entire meaning of the game.

well not sure about this lots of cases when closing other account and fine was only apply of course i do not have specifics of the case and for me most stupid rule is that we cannot comment admin decisions :)
svik which is the first thing you should do when registering to a new game? Read the rules, of course. It is not allowed to own or to control more than one team is the first base in rules category.

at least we dreamed for a while :) if we do 72-74 rating as when i was leading Canada would be more realistic now its just not possible

Yeah it's a tough one with such a big difference to be honest.
It is your point of view and I respect it. But when you engage into a game you have to respect the rules. So he knew the consequences. He did a good job with the U21 team, but the fact is that he did not do a correct job in having two teams.
