Hi
My name is Arthur (skyland1) and recently i am Andorra u21 coach. 
I started my journey with this team 6 years ago and during this time.
- i started training Andorra youth player in my team (defensive formation)
- i finished qroup on second position and i got promotion to world cup ( i made it with NT which has only 3 users), where i was fourth in group but i draw w Germany and France. Andorra became very famouse :)
- i change Andorra ranking position from 64 to 39. I am unbeaten for 10 matches in this season

I decided to make one step forward in next season and i am looking for comunity which are patient and want to get on championship after long time

Nice to hear you. If Users from Canada are open for long term work i would like to help you.
If you look in Andorra history i made there a lot of hard work. I took team without perspective but i said Andorra will be famous :) and kept me promise :)

Canda has potential to be in first 30th of ranking

I'm quite impressed with that accomplishment with Andorra. Most teams around that ranking have at least 40+ users, so to make it there with only a few is quite the achievement.
I'm all for having someone long term. And I agree with what you said at the end there!
