I currently occupy the position of coach of this selection U21
I have been working to empower players for this selection. I have had contact with their coaches at their clubs, looking for them to improve.

Hopefully you will be given the chance to continue the great work you are doing. I was impressed by the way you scouted my Canada u21 and by how you have been following up with his progress since.
Im not sure if any of the managers are still around from when i was the u21 manager at Canada, but i remember they had a great community spirit and rallied round to try and produce some great players. it was good to have a good connection with the managers , same as you have now.

Great job. Keep it up. Hopefully with the newbies Canada will start get more strikers and mid from the junior team
