Hello everybody! My name is Michele, I am 42 years old and I have been playing sokker since 2008.
I have been coaching national teams for many years, I started from South Korea, Ireland senior and U21 and Iceland, always improving the ranking. I had the chance to coach Italy under 21 and I was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the world championship by the Czech Republic (which then won the world championship) after eliminating Poland in the round of 16. I played a U21 World Cup with Montenegro reaching the quarter-finals after eliminating Italy in the round of 16. Among the seniors I also coached Armenia where only the goal difference avoided a sensational qualification and Italy. With Italy senior I had the great disappointment of not qualifying for the world championship. But the year after senior Italy I performed the miracle: I went back to coach Montenegro under 21, I qualified for the world championship and I also won it. Right now I am the reigning under 21 world champion. :-)
As you can see from the world championship I have often changed tactics to adapt to the opponent. In any case, my favorite tactics are 4-3-3 and 4-2-4, which in my opinion are usable for the u21s (and not for the seniors). I think I have a good experience, if you want I am ready to work a miracle here too. Available for any questions,

Yes, i ask to bluezero. but in database there aren't players.... Last access in canadian db 2015... :-)
I know, the community is small and people don't train that much. I am curious how many clubs have active junior schools open.
i hope in devtopia! SubaruFC has many young players but he read my skmail but doesn't answer. i'll write everybody :-)
:) I hope to buy better coaches next season for training young player in senior squad... Hard to buy good coaches without sponsor money. Only my 2nd full season.
This season I have ~20 junior spots... I plan to have full 30 next season. I am focusing on senior squad this season but if training system is to change soon then I will invest more in juniors.
