Subject: U21 Canada (starting 26.9.2022)

Hello mates, thank you very much to all, who voted me. Congratulation to senior NT manager "winner4739" too, who is in my opinion doing quite a good work for your community. I hope for good cooperation and improvement for senior NT.
I am a little disappointed with the situation in Canada, as I contacted in total 15 managers by private post and just 3 replied :(

1. hard work on u21 team already started. Now I am working on update of player's database (as you probably know, it's strange, but NT managers can't see the skills of players - so I need to contact all managers with useful players). If you have any suitable players, please send me their skills. I will use only players, who are playing in their clubs and receiving training regularly every week. If you have good players and you don't have room to train them (at lease 95-96% of training required), please think about selling them. We need every suitable player to be trained as we have very small base

2. situation in CAN u21 NT is not good. Probably worse as I awaited. The quality of players is very average and base is to small. Till now (scouted about 50% of team), I didn't find any star.. We have good players like JC Justice, Bluth, Fisher, do Nascimento, Girard (+ some who are not scouted yet), but they are not a rising stars..

3. I want to be transparent and open with you (at least because some players, who will play for junior NT are coming from my team). I already found a bit of unprofessional behavior from previous manager, when he used players from his team, who didn't have enough quality to play.. Other case is, that some 21 yo players played and we have much better 19-20 yo , just an example 21 yo Green and 19 yo Girard (Green has only 1 more primary skill).. I already announced, that for me is more important prepare quality players for senior NT as playing matches with the oldest players. Honestly, we will never equally fight with better u21 teams, but Canada has a chance to be more successful at senior level, if we produce 4-5 better juniors every season

4. As the last point, I want to thank specially to manager of Subaru FC, with who I am in contact. He is working very good with youngsters. I am still waiting for contact establishment with manager of Rainbow Sniffers, who is doing good job also.

I choose 3 arenas where the matches of u21 NT will be played:

1. Metrotown Arena
2. Rainbow Sniffers Arena
3. Subaru FC Arena

do you have any? it will be great..

Stadiums are not always in the best conditions in terms of grass. We have suffered it with the senior team in the last away game against Chile. To be careful when choosing them to avoid injuries

thanks, I understand.. Metrotown Arena is the preferred one, but with this choice, I want to price the work of Rainbow Sniffers and Subaru FC who are working with youngsters

I cant imagine to play without GK in the future :), but we can be forced..

I have a 17 good (7) GK to come out next week from junior school..I will pull and let you know if decent skills.

ok thanks, it's quite important.. we do not have any reserve GK in u21 nt. or if you have any 16 yo player with at least good pace, i can train him from GK (0)..

Hi to all, as you probably know, we are starting tomorrow qualification in Group R (Germany, Belgium, Ecuador and Egypt). We are seeded 4th, but already dropped to the 5th pot. Very openly, we do not have any chance to promote, and any point against GER or BEL would be a huge surprise We have a small chance against ECU as their value of starting 11 almost doubled our and the average rating is 10% higher. We might beat EGY.

20 &21 yo generation is weak, I have some positive expectations from our 19 yo generation & I will primary focus on these players. Of course, still a long way to go, but Boyle, Sheperd, Garnett, Davis, do Nascimento and Girard looking promising. All these players will play some unimportant matches this season. Boyle, Davis, do Nascimento & Girard are ready to play regularly.

Canada u21 vs Ecuador u21 (1.10.2022) - unfortunately, I do not have skills of 1/3 of the team. I just watched couple of previous matches. I prepared the special tactics with defensive MR/ML and attacking MR. I will use this tactics as a standard one for this season (alternatively changing to 5-2-1-2 depends on players available). Cloutier is suspended, do Nascimento will probably play his first match from the bench. We are playing with the strongest team available! Good luck to Canada

He’s getting about full training. I play him in easier games, either cup or league. Sometimes he plays friendly games and 30 minutes at the end of league games.
I am not selling him. He will be my next main keeper
