Subject: U21 Canada (starting 26.9.2022)

away win against U.A.E. u21 (1:2).. we moved to the 4th position in the group.
we were better and deserved the win. our strikers missed another 2-3 golden chances.
Miloklizovic, once again, average performance - another unnecessary goal from 25 meters
Howard's goal from distance saved as.. Fleury was missing so much on winger position

now, we play to strong opponents.. i will focus on younger players, I want to see some of promising 18-19 yo players to play international matches, some will have a go against Bosnia & Netherlands.. results from next 2 matches are not important for me

So, qualification is almost over. We played close matches against giants (Netherlands & Bosnia) and won yesterday at home with Kenya pretty easily 4:0. In general, we found 3 different tactics, which suits our team and the performance is becoming better as the players are older. I am focusing on 18 & 19 yo generation (7 players in my team), which is very promising. Next/last match this season against Denmark, we will play with younger players..

21 yo players leaving u21team.. Special thanks to Metrotown (owner of Miloklizovic) and Subaru FC (Garnett) - great work guys, good players.. Biggest disappointment this season Girard (striker), after selling him, his training went not as awaited.. Best improvement Miloklizovic (Metrotowm - CAN), Blondin, Fleury (my team) & Sutherland (based in Czech republic)

last match of qualification a loss 0:7 to Denmark :D.. ok, looks horrible, but i used all young players, who have a potential to play in 2-3 seasons time and I did not set correct tactics, because I wanted to use 3 strikers and attacking winger in this match..
don't be confuse, we have team with huge potential.. next season it's just a transmission one, but I am quite sure, that in 2 seasons time, this will be the best u21 Canadian team as I ever coached ;)

btw. soon election for u21 starts. I want to continue as the situation in CAN is pretty stabilized and team is improving. we have 2 new managers in lower league, who have potential to stay for long time and produce young players..

I want to continue to build the u21 squad for next qualification.
this season is just a preparation and hard working one, no official competition.

team is promising, next season will be quite good to our standards.
Already some good results in friendlies, win over New Zealand and 8 goals scored against Jamaica..

hi everybody, season of friendly matches is over. tomorrow, we are playing last match against strong El Salvador U21.. after the match, 21 yo players will leave the team. I consider this season as successful, all important players receiving training and improving.. we have several very interesting players, who could be a good enough to keep Canada senior team strong in the future.. btw. overall rating of 46.9 (last match) is the highest ever as I remember
general situation is not good unfortunately, amount of new pulled good players is low (probably, we have last 2-3 competitive seasons left, if something unpredictable will not change the situation..
next season, I want to continue the work with u21 team.. still most of key players based in my domestic team and I have a feeling, that we can bring some surprise during official qualification

Hi mates, election is on. I want to continue my work for another season. We have a team which has a potential to do some good results during upcoming qualification, and produce players for senior NT. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask..

You know situation in Canada very well, we have now 6 youth academies and production of young players is insufficient. Quality of junior team will soon start to decrease..
