Subject: U21 Canada (starting 26.9.2022)
thank you mates for voting me. Today, it's exactly 1 real year as I was appointed first time :).. Situation is unfortunately not improving, we have 6 youth academies, which are producing limited number of sufficient juniors. Additionally, 3 YA are producing only rubbish players.. The problem could be the quality of coaches, in my opinion doesn't make sense to have coach below level [15], please invest to better coaches, you will have your investment back very soon, when you bring up good players. Good Canadian juniors are very expensive as they have potential to play for NT..
This season is a qualification one.. I was very positive as we have probably the best u21 team for last 5 seasons, but when i look to the form of our key players, and no replacement for them, my positive feeling is over.. Sterzinsky 0, Osman 4, Sutherland 4, Blondin 7, Cloutier 8, B. Sterzinsky 8, Howard 11, Perugini 12, etc. Not sure, what I will do on Saturday, if I will play these out of form players, or replace them with younger ones,.. but I know, that cause a surprise with this limited number of players is probably impossible :(. but still I will follow the idea to produce some sufficient players for senior NT

so, we reached first surprise in the qualification. very good performance from our team, we had couple of chances to score.. GK Sterzinsky performed miraculously at goal, including saving penalty. Scotland was a better team, but we surprised them with new tactics. I preferred our in form players, so some key players were put out from team. Subaru, sorry for Boyle, but injuries are not under my control :(
